Customers who try to order something I refuse to draw will be asked to change their requests. I will not draw any nsfw content for minor customers. I can put anyone on a temporary or permanent deny list if they refuse to respect my boundaries, so please be aware of that. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason related to commissions, as I may be uncomfortable with specific requests.
Orders will be completed in the order of requests within at least 3 weeks to 3 months, given my schedule. Make sure to direct NSFW requests only to artistree.
I can give price estimates of what you want, so you know what you'll be getting. You are welcome to tip or pay more than the estimate.

general

I can draw most fandom or original work based on what I can draw in my own style and techniques. It is a digital product only.

deadlines and delivery

The work will be completed within 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on schedules, communications, service, queue, etc. If you require it to be finished faster, a rush fee applies and varies by service. Some services may not have a rush fee because they don't require as much time as others. Every commission is first-come, first-served, and a queue will be formed if multiple orders are received.

intellectual property rights

I am the sole creator of the work requested. However, the character used is either yours or a different party's property.

payments

Payments are expected only after the sketch phase or up front; the work will not continue or cropped parts will be shared until a payment is made.

revisions

Revisions do have a fee, at some point after the sketch phase, you need some revisions, you will be charged extra of up to 50% for those revisions. Pricing varies per service.

personal use

The work can be used however as long as it is not being used to train Generative AI. If I find you are using my work to train AI, I will refuse your service and warn other artists of your conduct. I do also prefer credit that I made the work is given, but not required.

Commercial use

There will be a fee if you plan to use the art for commercial/resale purposes, such as merch and prints. This is so you have commercial licensing permission to resell the work in this way and still support me. I must ask you to still credit me for the work.

refunds

No refunds after the work is completed if you end up unsatisfied with it, even if contact has been kept to ensure satisfaction. If at any point a refund is requested before the work is finished, there will be a percentage based on how much work was done on the commission.
