NOTES
Customers who try to order something I refuse to draw will be asked to change their requests. I will not draw any nsfw content for minor customers. I can put anyone on a temporary or permanent deny list if they refuse to respect my boundaries, so please be aware of that. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason related to commissions, as I may be uncomfortable with specific requests.
Orders will be completed in the order of requests within at least 3 weeks, given my schedule. Make sure to direct NSFW requests only to artistree.
I can give price estimates of what you want, so you know what you'll be getting. You are welcome to tip or pay more than the estimate.

general

I will do my utmost best on your order starting with the sketch phase. Also understand that sometimes it may take me longer due to outside scheduling conflicts to finish a piece or due to queue, but I will ensure it gets done within a reasonable timeframe of within 3 months. I do have a right to refuse a request if it makes me uncomfortable or I feel that I would not be able to complete it within a reasonable time frame.I will draw close to design provided, but I do have my own style which is what I hope is what you came for and will expect to get end-result. What you receive is a DIGITAL PRODUCT only, nothing will be shipped physically and I will not be requiring any address details on that front. The only thing I require is open communication give you the completed work in full res.I would recommend, if you want to order multple pieces, to take advantage of my bundle offers if they are listed on the service. I can only accept 5 requests per order/customer at a time to keep things fair for all parties. You are still welcome to order again once your order is completed or close to completed.

deadlines and delivery

The work will be completed within 3 weeks - 3 months depending on schedules, communications, service, queue, etc. If you require it to be finished faster then a rush fee is applied and varies per service. Some services may not have a rush fee as they don't require extended amount of time like others do. Every commission is first come first served and a queue will be made if there are multiple orders.

intellectual property rights

I am the sole creator of the work requested. However, the character used is either yours or a different party's property.

payments

Payments are expected only any time after the sketch phase, the work will not continue further or cropped parts will be shared until a payment is made.

revisions

Revisions do have a fee, if at some point after the sketch phase that you need some revisions you will be charged extra for those revisions. Pricing varies per service.

use

Welcome to use the artwork however you please except from reselling the source deliverable. Only reselling I will allow is if the work is produced for prints and merchandise. As long as I am credited for the creation of the piece, you are open to using the work however outside of reselling the file source.

refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the work I am willing to allow refund if the work isn't finished (example: its in flat/base color phase or line art phase). Otherwise a refund will be denied if it is requested after the work is on the finalization phase ( polishing phase/nearly completed ).

communication

Please be sure you have a method of open communication so that you can get updates and be able to provide feedback with the commission. Mine are open for questions and concerns through Discord or any number of my socials, I will answer to the best of my ability.
